Fabulous Tuesday!!
It's tuesday! And we're talking make-up brand & brushes today! I've had these pictures ready to post & I kept putting off posting them because I was going to try to take some pictures of what this make-up actually looks like on my face. :) And really it's nothing that special. I'm not an expert on this subject, but everyday I learn to try out new make-up style & looks. After years of sampling lots of different brands and colors, these are my favorites! My go-to's that I will wear every day. So here we go gurls!!
My two favorite brushes of make-up are MAC and BOBBI BROWN. I'm slightly partial to BOBBI BROWN, but love both brands and would absolutely recommend their products. Honestly, it’s pain to pay for them, but it’s so worth to buy. They are truly amazing & can be used multiple of times. Oh ya, they also make a big different when you are applying your make-up and of coz they will be last for years, as long as u take care of them. (I will show you how to take care of your brushes on next post k)
Before this, I am just using my fingertips to applying my make-up. But since I know how to use make-up brushes, I fall in love with them & I m so addicted to get it all as my collection. Soooooo… taaaa-daaaaa… these are my collection.. :)
It's combination of MAC and Bobbi Brown brushes.. hehe.. excited! But...
Since they are quite expensive, so you don’t have to buy the whole set of it.. seriousy.. it’s worth but pain to pay.. huhu.. :( so let me show you which one of the them are Must-Have and what is it for….
First thing I apply on my face everyday is makeup based (Shu-uemera). This will mousturised ur skin and can help your make-up foundation to stay put the whole day... The next one is foundation. I LOVE MAC foundation. I've tried lots of different brands but is my absolute favorite. I have fair skin, so obviously find the shade that matches your complexion. This stuff isn't cheap, but a little bit goes a long way and this bottle lasts quite a while. Beside from great coverage, it just seems to give my face a nice even glow. I m using Bobbi Brown Foundation brush to put it on my face,. For a better finish, I use stipping brush by MAC to make it blend & glow.
This is probably my favorite product hands down. It's kyrolan concealer and it's FABULOUS. Some of us having a very bad under-eye dark circle or pimple problem. But don’t worry, Kyrolan Concealer is the rescuer! For the pimple, I would totally recommend the Bobby Brown touch-up brush that goes with it. It applies the cream so evenly. I love it! You also can use a bit of it under your eyes (to cover the dark circle) using the foundation brush and then cover it with the powder by using MAC stipping brush and the result….wa-la! My skin suddenly look like baby skin! Smooth & glow! hehe… :p
Done with make-up based.. now we go to the most critical part… it is… eye brow!!! After you draw ur eye brow line, I recommend you to use Bobbi Brown eye brow brush to make it well blended. I tend to use it the most often because I can put it on so fast.

This is MAC smolder khol eye liner pencil. It is dark black and I wear this under my eyes and on my top eye lid.. It has more of a dramatic effect so I don't wear it everyday. Haha… Just for special occasions when I'm really trying to clean up. You have to get a small, thin Bobby Brown brush to apply it. It goes on so smoothly and it's easy to create a thin or thick line (whatever you prefer). I think this would look good on everyone!
My all time favorite of make-up is eye shadows… I have a few collection of eye-shadow but my favourite definitely eye-shadow by MAC.. These are the two colour I’ve been wearing YEARS. I try new colors all the time, but I keep coming back to these. Haha.. and of coz u need brush to put it on your eyes. So the best brush I can recommend is MAC pencil brush (for eyelid) and MAC blend brush no.217. these brushes make your eye shadow well blended, smooth & more dramatic.
Next is blusher… I do love Mac's blush brush though and have used it for years. So there you go! My favorites! Basically u just need three brushes for make-up based. It’s Bobby Brown foundation, stipping, and touch up brush. Bobby Brown Eye brow & tiny small brush for eye liner and last but not least.. MAC blush brush.. that’s all babe...
I know these info won't work on everyone, but maybe this post gave some of you an idea of something new to try next time you're shopping for make-up. It's always fun to discover new products.. Give it a try gurls.. :)
